Job Brief
We seek a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centred design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
Interface Design:
- Develop high-fidelity user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
- Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and devices.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
Usability Testing:
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Use testing results to make data-driven design improvements.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design system components.
Stay Updated:
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX
